Welcome to SPYN Lifestyle, a gamified experience platform operated as a registered partnership in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including participation in any SPYN Season, trivia games, and promotional activities.

By purchasing a SPYN Season Pass, accessing our website, or participating in our challenges, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in SPYN:

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if underage.
You must have a valid Indian mobile number and email address.
Each user may only hold one active Season Pass per season.

2. Season Pass & Gameplay

The Season Pass grants you full access to participate in SPYN’s daily trivia challenges throughout the current season.
Each day, a new trivia question drops at 8:00 PM. Players have 30 minutes to submit their answer and earn points based on accuracy and timing.
A 3-digit vault code is active each season. The first few players to crack the code using their unlocked clues win a ₹10,000 cash prize each.
By default, this reward is given to the first 3 players, but SPYN may change the number of winners based on season participation levels.
Points also determine your tier status — Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
Higher tiers may unlock benefits such as bonus rewards, early access to clues, or exclusive offers.

3. Fair Play & Integrity

SPYN is a game of skill. Speed, knowledge, and consistency increase your chances of winning.
Each user must participate using their own details. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent gameplay may lead to disqualification and loss of access.
SPYN reserves the right to verify identities and void submissions suspected of cheating or abuse.

4. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes may include cash, digital vouchers, merchandise, or experience-based rewards.
Cash prizes will be credited via approved digital payment methods to verified Indian bank or wallet accounts.
Physical items (such as memorabilia or welcome gifts) may be offered at SPYN’s discretion and shipped only to verified Indian addresses.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternate forms of reward unless explicitly stated.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

SPYN Season Pass purchases are non-refundable unless legally required.
No refunds will be provided for disqualification due to breach of these Terms.

6. Data Collection, Use & Privacy

By participating in SPYN, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with the following:

a. Information We Collect

We may collect:

Your full name, email address, mobile number, and city.
Game-related activity including responses, timestamps, score history, referrals, and leaderboard status.
Device/browser information used to access our platform.
Shipping address for physical prize delivery.

b. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Deliver a personalised game experience and assign points accurately.
Display your name or tier on public or semi-public leaderboards.
Determine eligibility for rewards and promotions.
Contact you with updates, prize details, or important gameplay notices.
Improve our product based on anonymised analytics and feedback.

c. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

Sponsor partners or delivery providers strictly for fulfilment purposes.
Technology services (e.g., payment gateways, messaging tools) to enable the game to function securely.

d. User Rights

You may request to view or delete your data at any time by emailing spynclub@gmail.com.
Deleting your data will result in forfeiture of your Season Pass and any ongoing participation in the game.

e. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to secure your information using modern encryption, restricted access, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no system is 100% immune to breaches, and you play at your own discretion.

f. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary for gameplay, prize delivery, or legal purposes. Inactive accounts may be anonymised or deleted after 12 months.

g. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Wix, Glide). Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy. SPYN is not responsible for their independent data handling once users exit our domain.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPYN is not responsible for technical issues, network errors, or outages that prevent participation.
All decisions made by SPYN regarding winners, points, and prize distribution are final.

8. Changes to Terms

SPYN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated Terms.
Users will be notified via the website or email for material changes.
